The Agency is dedicated to providing services for individual and group travel by air, land, or sea, as well as organizing tours or excursions, managing accommodations, and engaging in any other tourism-related activities. During the course of its operations, the Agency collects, uses, manages, transfers, stores, and processes personal information about natural persons, such as name, identification number, phone number, email address, country of residence, and others, in a variety of physical and digital formats.

In accordance with Law No. 29733 - Personal Data Protection Law - and Code No. 003-2013-JUS, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR EU 2016/679), the Agency is committed to ensuring and implementing measures for information security through international best practices, in terms of confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the personal data.


The Agency will use the personal information provided by the data subjects for the following purposes:


  • Provide contracted tourism services and products.
  • Contact the client during the delivery of contracted services and products.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, travel agencies, cruise lines, and hotels.
  • Send information to clients about the service and/or the regulations that must be followed during the service.

  • Provide tax authorities with payment receipts based on passport information and the Andean Migration Card (TAM).
  • Analyze and identify the expectations and preferences of travel agencies when purchasing tickets and services.

Workers and Employees:

  • Personal data is required to comply with current labor regulations and/or to develop HR and Talent Management projects such as payroll registration, employee attendance, recruitment, and commission payments, among others.
  • Ensure security by installing video surveillance throughout the premises.

Tour Operators and Suppliers:

  • Manage payments for the requested services and products.
  • Contact regarding the delivery of the requested services and products.
