Prior to co-founding Peruvian Sunrise, Delia worked and gained experience with another tour company where she specialized in South American destinations. Delia is currently General Manager of Peruvian Sunrise where she applies her vast experience in managing the company and keeping a very happy clientele.

For the past 6 years I have lived in Peru and am in love with this land, even from the first moment. I am particularly fascinated by the cultural and natural diversity of Peru, which I got to know on various trips around the country.

During my time in Peru I have worked for different travel agencies and have been responsible for customer advice and support for the German-speaking clients for 3 years in Cusco. Our goal is to bring our customers the beauty of Peru, as close as possible, and to provide a personalized, high-class and reliable service.

For more than a year I have been living in this unique country, whose cultural and natural diversity leaves one amazed. Living in the city of Cusco and thus at the gateway to Machu Picchu has a very special effect on me. The majestic mountains and the combination of modernity and tradition can´t be felt in any place as well as here.

After my studies in Germany I traveled for 1 year through Europe, North and South America and developed my fascination for the South American continent. I was particularly impressed by the beauty of Peru and I am happy to call this country my home now.

Exploring my rich and diverse country ignited in me a passion for travel. I am a tourism professional with extensive experience in Operations in Peru & Bolivia.
I have a Major in Tourism from San Antonio de Abad University. I have acquired additional experience by working for several tour operators prior to Peruvian Sunrise.

I am a professional technician in hotel management and tourism services, with more than 15 years of experience in the sector, working in hotel companies and travel agencies in the city of Cusco and abroad. I firmly believe that one must learn every day and dedicate oneself to customer satisfaction and commitment.
My years of experience in the field of hospitality and tourism, as well as my knowledge of English and German, allow me to offer a job appropriate to the needs that our customers require.

I was born and raised in Calca, in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. I studied accounting and after gaining experience working with different travel agencies, I came to Peruvian Sunrise where I now work as accounting assistant.

Lucia studied Tourism and Hotel Management at the University of San Agustin in Arequipa, and she has been working in the tourism industry since 2007. She has been involved professionally in all aspects of the travel chain: hotels, restaurants, transportation and travel agencies, giving her a more comprehensive understanding of the industry.
Now, working in product development with Peruvian Sunrise, she has the opportunity to show the world her Peru.
