Peruvian Sunrise obtained: ISO 9001 Certification

Hello, dear reader, we are very proud to give you this news:

As we mentioned before, our company, Peruvian Sunrise, obtained in October the Certification of the international norm that standardizes the Quality Management System called “ISO 9001:2015“.

This was thanks to the support of the Peruvian Government, through its National Program for Technological Development and Innovation (Proinnóvate), which supports Peruvian companies and is committed to strengthening them in terms of innovation and productivity.

What is ISO 9001?

• It should be noted that ISO 9001 was developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) with the objective of implementing the international standardized system for quality management.

Who endorses us?

• The company that granted us the certification was the representative in Peru of LLC- Certification, a Prague-based Global Certification Organization for Testing, Certification and Inspection services.

Why is it important?

The reason why we sought to obtain it was because all the members of Peruvian Sunrise, from the workers to Ms. Sulla, who from the beginning was very involved with the continuous improvement of her company to bring it to a level of excellence, we recognize the importance of having a Quality Management System with international standards.

It allows us to have quality processes that are above what is expected and thus generate the satisfaction of our most valued stakeholder: the customer.

This certification provides our clients with the assurance that we have an adequate system, processes and guidelines that make it possible for our organization to provide them with the travel experience they deserve, to be happy with our services and to have wonderful anecdotes and stories to tell their acquaintances and family members.

How was the process?

After months of preparation, consulting, optimizations in different areas of the company and hard work by the head of our company, Delia Sulla, and our employees, who together made it possible to achieve this long-awaited goal. For this, we had several dates in which LLC-Certification Peru, through a member of its organization, carried out the respective audits.

In these, he met with all areas of the company and verified the compliance with the required points.

At Peruvian Sunrise we are very proud to be able to say that we meet all the requirements and therefore our customers can have the security and confidence they expect from us.
