1. Our Service

Peruvian Sunrise, is a local tour operator based in Peru that offers booking, consulting, and coordinating services by preparing tailor-made itineraries. We handle bookings and payments on your behalf with a selection of various independent suppliers, such as hotels, restaurants, airlines, and other means of transportation, as well as private guides and other services specified in the itinerary, that, even though they are not under our direct control, provide a high-quality service.

2. Insurance

Regarding but not limited to any of the aforementioned scenarios, Peruvian Sunrise, together with their representatives, employees, and agents, shall have no liability for any expenses or damages incurred or suffered by the visitor or the guest's dependents or traveling companions.

Travelers will be charged directly by the relevant service providers for any emergency services they may require; for other services not covered by the insurance, they will be charged under the same procedure. We also advise travelers to visit their physicians to stay up-to-date on vaccines and address any concerns regarding international travel. We highly recommend that you have travel insurance for your trip to Peru.

3. Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport and meet all necessary entry requirements for our country. These vary by country and nationality and can change from time to time. Peruvian Sunrise will do its best to inform you of these general requirements, but we ask that you contact the corresponding embassy or consulate in your country of residence to confirm the documentation you need.

4. Privacy

Your personal privacy is important to us. When you make a reservation with us, we ask you to provide us with personal information such as your name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, birth date, destinations to which you would like to travel, and travel activities of interest to you. Peruvian Sunrise Co. is required to collect personal information (such as passport details) in order to plan your trip.

We understand the sensitive nature of this information and will not share it with third parties (other than as required for booking an airplane, hotel, or other reservations as a part of the trip) without your express written permission. By providing your initial deposit, you are allowing Peruvian Sunrise to collect and use your personal information as required for planning your trip and providing you with the proper services.

5. Health

By sending us your initial deposit you certify you do not have any physical condition that would make traveling unsafe for you or other travelers. It is your responsibility to ensure you have received all appropriate vaccinations and are aware of the risk involved in traveling to high altitudes.

6. Limitation of liability, release and indemnity

Between clients and carefully chosen service providers, Peruvian Sunrise Co. serves as a middleman. We purchase hotel accommodations, transportation, restaurants, and other services from various independent suppliers. All such persons and entities are independent contractors, independently owned and managed.

  • Client Responsibility

The client, by engaging Peruvian Sunrise and making full payment for the specified service, agrees that Peruvian Sunrise cannot be held responsible for delays, damages, accidents, personal injuries, illness, acts of war, strikes or other labor, overbooking or downgrading of services, mechanical or other failure referring to the means of transportation, or any activities or circumstances beyond our control, and that any refund will be sought directly from the service provider. Moreover, it is not liable for any negligent or willful act of any such person or entity or of any third person.

  • Assistance with Travel

Domestic flights or trains are occasionally subject to overbooking, cancellations, and schedule changes. If this occurs, we will do everything in our power to assist you in boarding flights or finding alternate arrangements. It must be stressed that this is done as a courtesy to our clients, and we cannot be held responsible for denied boarding, neither for the additional costs thus incurred nor for payments not recovered for missed arrangements due to delays or cancellations.

Hence, the entrance fee will be lost in any case of postponement or cancellation of your trip, and the client will have to bear the cost.
